We begin with a conversation—about your interests, any concerns, physical considerations, and what you hope to experience. This consultation can happen in advance or at the start of our time together.
Sessions can range from gentle floor work exploring sensation and connection, to more dynamic ties, to artistic suspensions (with appropriate experience and physical readiness).
